Day Zero: Preparation

I'm taking a little break right now to rest my arm. From killer exercise? No. From grating 2 sweet potatoes for my morning casserole. This is the only part I don't like of that recipe. Grating damn sweet potato. But it tastes oh, so good. I did see something online that wouldn't require the grating. And I'm adding it to the plan for next week's breakfast. I'll share that probably next weekend. I also did all my grocery shopping and cooked the Hamburger Soup. Planning to freeze half of it and have the other half for dinner tomorrow. Happy prep day! #Whole30Argyle

I'm starting...I've started a Whole30 Argyle edition on Facebook. I've been posting up some of my favorite meals. Those that really fall within the category of I-don't-wanna-feel-like-I'm-on-a-diet or homestyle my mom would've made. Just with some different ingredients. I've also recruited a friend to join in with me on my March 2nd start date for this round. And now I'm getting some actual neighbors on board. Some have already completed a round or two. I hope this can become a strong neighborhood and community of people who lead healthy lives and encourage each other to continue doing so...
