Whole 30: Week, The Last


If you started on Monday, March 6th, then this is your last week. This meal plan would take you through the end and beyond. Do re-introduction as you choose (ahem, wine wine).

For the meatloaf: There are a ton of recipe options you can find online. I drape bacon on the top of mine and add a little almond or coconut flour to help hold it all together. And I use a homemade ketchup recipe if I can't find the Tessemae's brand at the store.

Nothing really special to note on the other recipes that hasn't been in an earlier blog posting.
