Day Zero: Preparation

I'm taking a little break right now to rest my arm. From killer exercise? No. From grating 2 sweet potatoes for my morning casserole. This is the only part I don't like of that recipe. Grating damn sweet potato. But it tastes oh, so good.

I did see something online that wouldn't require the grating. And I'm adding it to the plan for next week's breakfast. I'll share that probably next weekend.

I also did all my grocery shopping and cooked the Hamburger Soup. Planning to freeze half of it and have the other half for dinner tomorrow.

Happy prep day! Ready to kill it on R2 D1.
